...But, This is Real Life
Life with 3! This all happend in the 20 minutes I spent feeding Teague. The tissue paper was in fornt of me...what could I do but to watch since any threat could not be backed up. I heard the basketball hoop and the toys all fall over but they were not followed by any cries so I knew I woukld have to deal with them later.
Just a few pictures to fill people in on how we are doing handling our 3 adorable boys. Thank goodness for them they are adorable after all this mess! Another funny thing is the soap in the bathroom is rapidly disappearing and I hear the water constantly running during feedings. This is followed by Taatjes yelling"bubbles, bubbles". Oh well at least they are keeping clean!

Teague Arrives!
Well...he's finally here!! Teague J Belgiano was born on Monday (11-27) at 4:04pm. He was a whopping 9 lbs. 7 oz. and 23 inches long! He is completely his own character, not following the family mold of redheads. He has light brown hair (for now) and a totally different look than the one that Trey and Taajtes both had. He is quite the sleeper, except for midnight to 6am....
We are thrilled he's here, but not nearly as thrilled as his big brothers - they haven't left his side yet. They are completely enamoured with taking care of him, holding him, why he sleeps so much, giving him all their blankets, why he has a "purple belly button", and when he will get teeth. Did we mentioned they like to poke him?
We are excited to see how this little man grows into his own.

Big Brother for Sale
Trey and Taatjes played for hours with the bubble wrap from this box. They jumped on and roled over it until every last bubble had popped. Trey got in the box and told me he would like to be sent in the mail:( He said he would only cost 3$...if there are any takers let me know!
Another funny thing Trey said the other day...it was snowing and he asked me why the clouds were falling apart. He made me laugh, I love how he thinks of things in ways I do not anymore. These boys are a blast!

Trick or Treat
Pumpkin Time
The sun was shining right in their eyes as you can see from Taatjes' face^.
The boys had a blast at the orchard we went to for pumpkin picking. Taatjes spent most of his time falling down in the mushy pumpkins and dirt, but, he loved every minute of it. He wanted to put every pumpkin he touched into the wagon. Feeding the goats was a big hit as well. Taatjes found all the corn along the ground to feed to the goats who would have rather eaten his hat. He would turn around to look at us and the goats would begin to nibble on his head. Trey found a pumpkin "just the right size for him" and was very excited to go home and "roast the seeds." He learned about roasting the seeds at preschool. (Which we never ended up doing but did take all the guts out - messy!!!) They have been having a lot of fun this fall with apple picking, pumpkin picking, and leaf pile jumping! They are outdoors boys already...as long as they're bundled up they will play outside for hours.

Bunkbeds
The boys love their new bunkbed! (the window is locked for those of you who are nervous...I was too.) They love it so much that Trey has been asking to go to bed. Taatjes will get a twin size mattress soon but for now his crib mattress is great. It leaves a little room for him to drag all the stuffed animals under there with him. So far so good on sharing a room and sleeping. Naps have gotten shorter for Taatjes since Trey keeps waking him up to come out. Today I put Trey to sleep in a sleeping bag in the babies room for his nap and success for Taatjes back to his 2 hour nap. Taatjes and Trey have really begun to bond with the sharing of the room. It is adorable to watch them come out of their room in the morning Trey holding Taatjes hand to come find Dad. Sometimes at night you can hear Trey asking Taatjes to throw him up some books...which is detected by the repeated crashing noise of books hitting the side of the bed and falling to the floor. Once Taatjes was crying and when Dad went in to check on them Trey was down in Taatjes bed comforting him back to sleep. They are really becoming brothers! Mom and Dad love it. In fact as I am writing Taatjes is pointing at the screen saying "my bed" "my bed"!

Fall is here...
It was in the 50's here in chilly Michigan, fall is finally here. I had to dress the boys in coats and hats to play outside and we still had icy hands and runny noses. They did't seem to mind and even protested to come inside when their noses were red and fingers ice cold. Had to take a few pictures of them enjoy the fall day...now we just need the leaves to change color and fall off so we can get some leaf pile pics.

1st Day of School Pics
1st Day of School
Here are some pics of Trey for his 1st day of preschool! Trey did great and loved it. We were very nervous because Trey has been telling us that he is going to stand by the door until we come back to get him...also, Trey refused to go into his Sunday school class yesterday at church and threw an embarassing tantrum (yes kicking and screaming was involved). He told us he did not want to go in because he did not like the teachers and the kids?!? However, a lot of praying and a little bribe of a special after school lunch with Dad and we had success. Trey went right in and started playing with some of the toys. Someone else's kid was crying! When he came home he told us he obeyed his teachers and loved the water table. He is looking forward to going back on Thursday and bringing something in for show and tell. Pics are coming I have tried 6 times to put them on and it is not working right now.

Labor Day Weekend
We all went up north with our friends the Smiths for the weekend. The highlight of the trip was the boys catching frogs. Both Trey and Taatjes stuck their arms right in and pulled out their own frogs. Taatjes would get so upset when the frog jummped out of his hand and would not stop crying until he found another one to grab. Trey just did not understand why we could not take one home with us. We spent most of the day "hunting frogs" is how Trey puts it. I think all the frogs survived to swim away when they were done holding them.
Cotton Candy
Trey and Taatjes were amazed at the circus! Trey hasn't stopped doing what he calls circus tricks...balancing on one leg, pop-a-wheelies on his bike, and his favorite a clown show. He asks us to yell "the ponies are done now introducimg Trey and Taatjes the clowns". This involves a lot of running in a circle throwing balls in the air and doing a few twists. Taatjes gets involved by running in on his tip toes with his arms up in the air. They are adorable! Here are some pictures of them eating cotton candy during the show. It was a huge mess by the end but they loved it. When Taatjes was finished he was pointing at all the other kids eating cotton candy wanting more.

Trey and Christian
Trey can't get enough of his big cousin Christian. Christian got to come hang out with us for the weekend and lets just say Trey was extremely excited! They swam, rode bikes, and roasted marshmellows. Trey didn't leave Christians side (which Christian handeld very well). Here's a pic of them with their marshmellows.
Taatjes loves the Park
Lake Michigan
